- • Homeowner Forum: raise your hand to speak. Homeowners are provided three (3) minutes to address the board. Items will be noted and, if applicable, responded to outside of the meeting.
- • Directors, please mute yourself unless called upon.
- • Meetings are not to be recorded.
Meeting rules
No audio or video recording is allowed by attendees. The secretary may record the meeting to aid in preparing minutes; the recording is deleted once minutes are prepared. Under the Open Meeting Act, members may observe the meeting but do not have the right to participate in the board’s deliberations or votes. Members may address issues during the open forum portion of the meeting. Attendees who become disruptive may be expelled from the meeting.
